Castor Oil Pack: $35
A castor oil pack is recommended in the Cayce readings for increased lymph circulation, congestion, and constipation, and is frequently applied over the liver to help the entire digestive system. After your appointment, you will take your pack home in a sealed plastic bag, where it may be re-used for up to six months.

The pack is applied to the chosen area (likely on the abdomen) and then covered with plastic and a heating pad. It is left for twenty minutes. Once the pack is removed and placed in the plastic bag, the treated area will be wiped with alcohol to remove any oil residue. This treatment may be done with the client totally clothed.
