All massage is therapeutic, professional, and non-sexual. Clients are asked to communicate any discomfort to the therapist so the pressure or mode of massage may be adjusted.

When you arrive, we will have a conversation about your health and any goals you have for the appointment. I will then leave the room while you disrobe to your comfort level and get on the table under the sheets. You will be completely covered through the entire massage, except for the body part being worked on. No private areas will ever be uncovered. I will knock before I enter.

Unless you have other preferences, the massage begins with you face-up. I will perform the massage in the following order: face/scalp, neck/shoulder, arms, legs, feet. Here you will flip to face-down, where I will then massage the back of each leg before finishing on your back.

It is important to me that your appointment goes how you want it to. If you want to chat, I’m happy to! Just start talking. But, if you want an hour or so of quiet, know that is completely up to you. I’m more than willing to honor your need for silence and will not speak except to check in with you once or twice.
